Description

I need a website designed for the purpose of selling a digital magazine.

The design of the website should allow for the following:

o Sell subscriptions (possibly by PayPal) with the use of currency exchange rate
o Have a login/register function for members
o Have space for advertising on the website
o Upload videos, MP3 files and images
o Upload PDF files onto the website
o Upload the digital magazine onto the website eg http://www.thisisfly.com/
o Comment on content on the website
o Able to share via twitter, facebook, RSS feeds, etc
o CMS to allow constant update of the website ie: pages, content
o Optional: Some flash integration with regards to animation and images

I would like the design of the website similar to the following:

• http://www.justice.net.nz/
• www.vogue.co.uk
• http://magazine.wsj.com/ (just the first page)
