Description

Could you implement a "checkDirEmpty.exe" which
exit's with

exit code: 0 if the directory is empty
exit code: 1 if the directory is not empty
exit code: 2 & stderr, if a failure occurs.

and write some information on stdout.

Directory empty means:
- the directory to check includes no files
- the directory to check includes no other directories

If the directory is the root directory, e.g, "d:\", special files like
- "Recycle directory" (trashfolder)
- files like ".." or "."
- ?
should be ignored.

- only normal user files or directories must be checked

Could you tell me the costs for this application ?
