value of £4.99 using the minimum number of coins available.

A coin dispensing machine lets you use a credit or debit card to obtain any sum of money in coins
up to a value of £4.99 and it always does this using the minimum number of coins from the coins
available. When the coins available are the 8 coins
200p, 100p, 50p, 20p, 10p, 5p, 2p, 1p
