Description

Add UTF-8 support to the open-source project HTMLDOC (http://www.htmldoc.org). Add this support to version 1.8.27.

If true unicode support is not possible, at least make it possible for htmldoc to produce PDF's in Chinese, etc.

These changes will likely be given back to the open-source community.

Please send me some info demonstrating that you understand what needs to be done. For instance, briefly explain what will need to be changed in htmldoc to add support for other character encodings.
