Description

I need a proxy voter for the following sites:

http://www.xtremetop100.com/

http://www.gamesites200.com/

I need to make a 200 votes every 12 hours. And each vote must be from a different IP. Proxies here is a must.

You can design any form of script. It doesn't have to be php only. It can be anything but it must be 100% functional and undetectable.

I want to be able to load proxies into a text file or database and let it go through proxies non stop. It doesn't have to be in php. It can be written in any language as long as it works. It must work under Windows Vista 64-bit if written into a .exe . I currently have someone working on something like this; if you can finish it before he can you would get the money; the price is debatable and you are eligible for a bonus if said project is finished promptly.
