Description

We need a small symbian program that can make the following functionality happend.

- When a symbian devices registeres an incomming call, the devices imidiatly send a HTTP request to a server

- When a symbian devices registeres an call ending, the devices imidiatly send a HTTP request to a server.

When a symbian devices listen on a port, where a server can pull if the has a ongoing call.

The application should not have a GUI. The application should have a interface that can be managed from a existing mobile Java application.

Over time the application has to be enchaned, it might go into a long term development partner ship.
