Description

I am looking a silent downloader to run as one exe which will then download an
unlimited amount of other exes or files as stated in a .txt file from the web.
It will go like this, a user runs the exe it will then read a txt file located
on myurl.com/files/somefile.txt and read the data
example
minutes to execute | Web location of file | AN ID
10 http://url.com/file1.exe 1
15 http://url2.com/file2.exe 2
30 http://url3.com/file3.exe 3
It will check this data file and check to see if any new files are addded so if
i add a
10 http://url4.com/file4.exe 4 at the end of the txt file within 1 day or a
stated time in config it will download it and skip the files it has already
downloaded.
