Update existing FBT indicator & separate EA with the following:

1) EA CHANGES
Option for trade lock-in with any indicator over entry.
Parameter for Stop loss & Take profit.
Allow amend pending orders.
Hidden Stop loss & Take profit option.
Additional alarms.

2) INDICATOR CHANGES
Large dot a beginning of channel line.
Circle on price contact.
Graphics switch.
