Description: Our company designs HTML email templates for users and provides them with an MS Outlook plug-in so they can easily:

- select from a list of pre-design templates (via dropdown list),
- compose their email within the selected template, and
- send their HTML email.
- Also, request a read receipt of the email

(This plug-in is similar to the Stationery function in Outlook and Outlook Express, however, we are trying to facilitate installation and sending the process)

We are looking to create a version of our existing MS Outlook plug-in for MS Outlook Express.

I have just completed an MS OutLook plugin project(see my reviews). Normally Outlook Express does not support plugins, although there is a chance to control a few of its properties, including toolbars and sending messages.. Please contact me via PM if interested.
