Description: Hello,

What I am after is a simple piece of software being created for Windows XP. Basically what I am after is to be able to grab one window shortcut on the taskbar and move it to a different place on the taskbar (so basically if I had a lot of windows open and I wanted to sort them).

See 1.jpg attached for how it would be before and 2.jpg for how it would look after the user had done it.

Budget is around $50 as it is a simple bit of coding and would like delivery in 7 days.
