Description:	Hi, I need a database written for the Iphone, well more of a data entry tool in fact. I run a transport business and would like to provide my drivers with Iphones and have them record their daily activities using the phone rather than on paper. The information I would like it to capture and store is as follows. There are two categories of information - data that is collected relating to the driver and the truck and data that relates to the trips the truck makes during the day. Truck/Driver fields: Driver Name Truck Number Trip Date Driver Start Time Truck Start Time (sometimes drivers do yard work before using truck so times will be different) Odometer Start Odometer Finish Fuel Litres at fill Odometer at fill Back to base time Driver Finish time Driver Lunch - Yes/No? Trip Related fields (can be multiple trips per day): Vehicle available time Vehicle Departure time Customer Name Customer Suburb Site Arrival Site Departure Schedule Number (can be multiple schedule nos for each delivery) Schedule Weight (can be multiple schedule weight for each delivery) Customer Signature (would be nice if customer could sign the screen of the iphone as proof of delivery) All this data needs to be stored on the phone for the day's work. At the end of the day, I would like a comma delimited text file output with the information in it along with an image of the customer signatures if that is possible. The next day, the phone will start fresh, i.e. there is no requirement to store more than a day's work on the phone. I will keep the data in my central database. Please contact me if you require more information. I suspect that some sort of relational database would be required so multiple trips and schedule numbers can be stored for one day.
