Description

I need a simple Qt4.5 based project prototype of a full screen window with no "chrome" (borders etc) and the ability to trap all keyboard and mouse events. I then need a tabbed configure dialog panel, that is activated by the F1 function key, that allows us to map any combination of key, modifier, mouse and edge/corner detection events to execute user provided shell commands persistently stored in a SQLite database.

Most importantly there needs to be a 1 pixel active border around the screen so any mouse event within that border area is trapped (edge detection) but non-edge events simply pass through to any application launched onto this background screen/window.

This is the start of an ongoing quasi desktop project so there would be plenty of opportunity for followup payments. The end result will be AGPLv3 open source and probably hosted at GitHub.
