Description: I need a Winsock based tool created for Flickr.com that can accomplish the following tasks while connected to multiple accounts via multiple authenticated http proxies. Must have multi threading support.

*Edit basic settings in the account profile
*Upload images, as well as add descriptions, and tags
* Search for user groups, join user groups, save usergroups to a hotlist, exclude usergroups
*Add photos in the account profile to the user group pool of photos
*Post a new topic in the user group boards
*Set a delay of how long to pause in between posting new topics on the boards.
