Description: Looking for source code and the rights to use it in anyway I wish for the following project.

A Visual Studio project that compiles a com addin that can be registered for outlook, access and excel.

once referenced the com addin will enable the following vba syntax to be valid.

dim balanced as new Balanced
dim result as string

result = balanced.preferences("costPerMode") ' returns cpt
balanced.preferences("costPerMode") = "cpm"
result = balanced.preferences("costPerMode") ' returns cpm

dim analyser as new Balanced
result = balanced.preferences("costPerMode") ' returns cpm

Oh I get it, you want a simple com object that implements an mapped collection of strings. I already have one of these... But I would have to simplifiy it for your purposes.
