Description: I would like to use the library libtextcat (http://software.wise-guys.nl/libtextcat) in my application. However it currently only compiles under Cygwin and I don't want the overhead and hassle of linking libcygwin.a to my project.

What I need is someone to make the tweaks necessary to get the libtextcat project to build under Microsoft Visual C++ .
