I also need a customer support portal. I would much rather avoid php and have it done in c unless you can show me the functionality with speed and I mean FAST.

You will have to show us an example of a lighting fast crm and customer support portal where customers can view... details ... payment history.... job progress (what we have done for them can be entered by agents) trouble tickets and support wiki.

I would like this written in C++ if possible and allow it to be open source, so I may adapt/change, it if needed.
