I am looking to create a very simple iPhone "soundboard" style app.

I ONLY need a basic "template file", or "framework" created - I will provide audio and graphic placeholders to use - this is NOT for a finished app. I want to be able to later open the file in Xcode and add in my own audio and graphics. Again, this job is ONLY for a code template, NOT a complete app.

The "app template" will contain 3 screens:
- an opening splash screen graphic
- a generic 'soundboard' screen with 12 clickable graphic buttons with text labels, that make a sound when touched
- an "info" screen, that is a graphic

That's it... VERY simple. This should take a decent programmer only a FEW HOURS to complete!
I will provide you with mockup file with more detailed instructions, as well as placeholder graphics and sounds to use.

The person *MUST* be familiar with and have experience using iPhone SDK 3.0 - very important!
I also request that the programmer use the standard UI elements and code in the SDK, please do not take any shortcuts.

I need this project to be completed FAST, but done RIGHT, within 24-48 hours or sooner.
