Description

I need simple Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer (6+7) Toolbar.
Please bid only if you have experience and it is not very complicated project for you.

Features:
1. Image + link to my webpage
2. search option (connected to my google custom search results)
3. Combo box with "ask question" with link to my exact webpage based on choosen option
4. Login and password - fields or the same way as it is in google toolbar - (connected to my mysql database, MD5 passwords). After successful login access to menu based on entries from my mysql database (individual for each user) like: links to my websites, check for upgrade (link to exact webpage after log in), fix (link to website), etc. all menu structore is based on mysql table entries.

Additional option: if nothing happens (no clicks on my toolbar during xxx mins) then it displays my ad content (javascript taken from open source adserver from openads.org)

Both toolbars need to be delivered as installation packages with clear code, description inside and allowance to do changes in the future.
