Description:	The goal is simply to transalte two XML formats for GPS devices. The format HST contains data for various tracks, classified by dates and activity types (biking, hiking, various). The GPX format is widely used in the GPS world and is well documented. The goal is to code visual interface to enable the user to browse the HST file and pick one or more activity to translate it in GPX format. Since both formats are XML and very documented, the bid price needs to be low. Caution : no illegal freeware use, or cracked program accepted. Will use patern recognition technology to find out.
