Description: This is really two projects; two function-wise identical plugins need to be written for Apple Mail (OS X) and MS Outlook (Windows).

The plugin will make it possible to add an account with a new type of protocol. If you've poked around with Apple Mail and MS Outlook before, its probably mostly cut/paste. If you havent, please dont bid.

You don't need to bid for both Apple Mail and Outlook. There will be two winners. A separate project will be set up for the second winner. Please specify the dev costs distribution for both projects if you intend to bid on both.
