Description

We need a system that can keep track of household inventory, have pictures and description and is compatible with bar code scanners.

IE: a home owner enters the info into the program that we need built, upload a picture and scan a bar code, this can be placed into a CD rom for use at the home owner’s insurance company and so on.This needs to output the barcode to be printed on a home computers printer.Needs to be very user friendly.

This needs to be downloadable and also needs to have a password to keep track of updates and to stop it from being leeched, well as much as possible, a personal code or something like that.

Let me know what you think you will need, I can budget for more if I know you can do this. Please be prepared to show a test piece of software, If I like it and it looks as if you can do this, we can work on a buigger budget, I have a lot of work other than this that I will pay for, I always give more work to those I have done business with beforwe that i have been happy with.
