Dear Sir/Madam, I read your bid and also the specifications of the EFT-POS terminal in question. I have experience for over 8 years in developing EFT-POS applications for POS terminals like Verifone, Bitel, Hypercom ,Bull, etc. I do not know very much about the application you require. I it is a small application that does not require financial transactions,Iso8583 protocol implementation, EMV and other stuff but just a skeleton to go from with menu's and some terminal capabilities then the price is reasonable. But if you think at a fully fledged Banking application with multiple hosts and EMV and protocols, not counting development support EMV Certification, End To End certification, etc, i will do your project for a fair budget.
