Description: We are looking for someone to create an executable file to help with the installation of a USB bluetooth dongle.

The program must do the following:
A popup dialogue box shows a picture of inserting a USB dongle with text "Insert Bluetooth Dongle"

Then if possible the program works with Windows XP + Vista installation wizard to install dongle with little to no prompts.

Payment on completion through GAF escrow.
