Nowadays I have been assisting a fingerprint project in which we use OpenCV and Matlab. I know openCV library quite well. Give me some details or show me the images so I can tell you a price. For instance, if the background is noticeably different from objects, then it is quite easy to go! (it is an advantage since your objects have certain shapes). If it is a hard image to process, then I may have to apply for some more complex algorithms. It is important to know how complicated the image so as to get good and precise results. In any case, the budget will be enough but maybe you get some discount :)
