Description:	I need a simple program that can act as a proxy server. Basically this application will connect to a server "A" and await requests from it. The server ("A") will tell the application for example to download a website, such as http://www.google.com/. The application downloads the website and sends the data received back to the server. Application -> connects to server -> server tells application to download a website -> application downloads website and returns content received to server. Basically there will be 2 functionalities to this project after connecting to the main server "A" (which will give it commands) 1) General downloading of websites using as described above, using winINET or winHTTP (whichever you are familiar with) 2) Connecting to a server "B" and relaying data back and forth between server "B" and server "A" using winsock. I have most of the code already available for you, I am just not familiar with C++ enough to code this on my own. Please do not bid if you are not competent or have little experience with such a project. It is not very difficult but it is important I get the job completed in a timely manner.
