Description

In this project I need a software that simulate a "telephone with Fixed line SMS" capability with a Windows PC equipped with a Voice Modem.
Fixed line SMS (FSMS) uses V.23 standard 1200bps FSK to send and receive SMS for fixed line (POTS).
now many operators provides Fixed Line SMS services but customers should buy special telephone sets with FSMS capability to use these services. I want a software to simulate this special Telephone sets with software, this software should use a Data/Voice modem in Voice mode and detect or generate V.23 FSK modulation using DSP techniques and ETSI ES 201 912 protocol 1.
for example you can see Asterisk Fixed line SMS implementation or SpanDSP V.23 implementation.
