I have seen that a lot of bidders not red the Files attached SRS with this.

All who have not red SRS will be diqualified.

I can not pay in advance as I mentioned because I have cheated two times in this way and paid those losses from my pocket.

I will preffer those bidders who is from Kolkata and near by cities. So please mention your location.
