Description: I have a IE toolbar that was developed in Visual C++ 7.1

This was created by a freelancer, but I dont have the VC++ compiler. Do you? If you do, I need you to recompile this with 2 TRIVIAL changes:

Change 1: Instead of a dialog box (onClick), I need to invoke a javascript page.
Change 2: Cosmetics - I need to change the icons being used.

I've done this kind of things previously. As I develop SIP based application also, I had embedded a Deskband (thing u r talking about, toolbar) with Internet Explorer 6-7 which can be used to make a call directly by entering the phone number in the address bar. Second, I had developed Website blocker, based on the same concept. U can undoubtedly assign this to me.
