Description

I am looking to create a website like a simple version of facebook. I currently have a site running Drupal with a theme I like. If possible I would like to add features to this, if not, we can copy the theme and start from scratch. Here is a basic break down of what I need the site to do:

CMS - Winner decideds best method - I need Database structure and CMS to be fast and be able to handle large traffic and users in the future - Current MYSQL with Drupal CMS

Multiple User registrations: 3-10 different users with different permissions set by the admin

Users can upload Video, Pictures, and Content in a user friendly manor to their profile

All users need to be able to search content

Content needs to be search engine friendly

Users need to be able to have an inbox and message other users

I need email notification to users when a new message is recieved.

I would like to intergrate some kind of simple video editing and image editing software if possible - web based on the site.

Winner is responsible to install/setup complete project including database(s) and testing function. I need this to be very user friendly like facebook. The above functions are the main ones. I may add some additional functions as we go, but the major ones are listed above. I have not decided on what type of code/language to write it in yet, but I need it to be the best for the project. Data needs to be secure and have a reliable method to back up the database which needs to be set by the winner.

I also need to add that user can have a "contact list" similar to a friends list that will be private to the user.
