AS THE NORM

1) No gambling, pharmacy,link farms , violent, Politics, blogs,classifieds, dynamic links or generally black hat links
2) All links MUST be Permanent one way inbound static links relating to our business
3) Links page must be reached from homepage in 1 or 2 clicks
4) links pages where links appear MUST be indexed and cached by Google,etc
5) links must be from unique C Class IP addresses. One Link Per DOMAIN
6) Page must not be disallowed by robots.txt and NO rel=nofollow links in the code.
7) You will not participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs like Linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com etc.
8) No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted.
9) You must provide a weekly report that indicating where the URL/ links can be found.
10) PR3+ required
11) Links should be related to international real estate, property investment, international real estate investment.


You will need to submit a list of all links including URL where the link can be found and PR of the linking page. Payment will be made by bank transfer, paypal once we have verified the file with the links you supply. Please quote a price per 100 URLs per month.
