Description

i need a simple program to sync the todolist program xml file to outlook tasklist.
the todo list program is here. it is free. http://www.gljakal.com/todo/index.php
the program saves its data in a xml file.
i must sync with a specific task list in outlook. because i have three task lists in outlook.

and see how it looks like

what i mean by single click sync is this.
i mean the operation.
i want it to be simple.
the xml file is there.
and you make the program.
i want it to operate like this.

have an icon on my desktop.
i click to start yourprogram.
it syncs both ways, and exist.
thats it.
so if you want you can have a config file, so you can specify the path of the xml file, and the info for the outlook task list.

i am a web designer so i am ok with editing some code, and config files.

i know that gtodo is hiarchial, and outlook is not.
so this is what i propose.
when it it synchronized from gtodo to outlook, it should sync like this

in outlook it should look like this
it should add a extension
task 3
subtask3a

task 3
ta:subtask3a

it should add a extension 1st two letters of the root category.
