Description:	We require an outlook plug-in (Outlook version 2000 and up) which will run a rule set on the currently selected message on demand. On demand is defined as pressing a button which will be created by the plug in. The action should be identical to the actions available via the outlook rules and alerts. The rules SHOULD NOT be triggered on receive or send. Only via the button (or context menu - right click). There should also be a screen to manage the rules. It should really be identical to the outlook rules & alerts but executed on request and NOT on send/receive. The plug-in should be register-able. It should only work once registered (We will create the backend system, which will be web based.) and the license should have at least two statuses. status 1 - registered trial. status 2 - registered permanent. It should be version-able. Clean Un-install on demand. (Remove the button and all associated rules). The registration process, will call a webpage, and send a unique code which will identify that specific pc. There should never be a possibility that two installations will have the same unique code.
