Please bid for each different expertise. I have projects and various work requiring the below skills.

Option 1.
I required a experienced C# designer to develop and integrate software and produce applications with guided documentation.

Option 2.
SEO expert and consultant to help improve specific keyword search engine page rankings, and web linking.

If you can do one and not the other, please state this in your message. Please show me previous work related to the above criteria. Thanks.

If you have experience with Office Communication 2007 R2 and server and developing voice applications, this is a big plus. Please refer to sample Microsoft voice applications where a user can order a pizza via a phone.
