Description

I Need a Windows service that will do three things at random intervals between 5 and 30 minutes, and no more than 5 times any hour.

1. Launch a program (http://www.ducklink.com/pages/free-command-line-screen-capture/) filling in command line parameters for folder and filename (ie. C:ScreenShotsusername_2008_11_11_23_45.png).
2. Delete shots older than x number of days.
3. Generate HTML of thumbnails in descending order by timestamp.
