Description

I need a program that interogates Microsoft Outlook on a regular basis(say every 3 minutes)and reads all calendar information into an sql database. It should read data 2 weeks into the future and should cope with multiple calendars. It should also be able to store pictures that may be attached to calendar meetings.

Typical database fields would be dates of meetings, times, subject, organiser, etc

it's better if you wrap the application into Outlook AAddin/Plugin so it will work together with Outlook runs. Using this addin you will also have most fflexibility in accessing outlook calendar ite. Let me know if you agree with this method as I'm able to provide this in a few hours only. Regards, Riyoyo
