I am starting an online question bank for people to study for an exam. This site should be able to host up to 10,000 people. I want them to have user name, and passwords, and for the user to only be active from one location at a time. I want the site to be able to create random tests, or allow the tester to create their own from different subjects. I want the site to remember what questions the tester has taken so if they create a random test they will not get repeats. The site needs a forum page that users can communicate and post threads on. The site will also need a page for payment using paypal or visa. I want to be able to contact all users from an email address that is my name at the website. I would also like the site to be able to track what percentage of people got each question right and show it to the user when the answer is revealed.
