Description:	This project is to convert a working Matlab application into a VB.Net 2005 application. This is a time critical project and should be short work for the right applicant. Please analyze and run the attached matlab code before bidding. Additional information submitted: 05/30/2008 at 14:54 EDT: Some Clarification. "guilearn.m" is the graphical demo, and kflearn.m is an adaptive filter. You can copy these two files to the computer and run "guilearn" from the matlab command line to see the demo. To use the demo, just press the spacebar and start moving the mouse in the direction of the target (a star), but don't lift the mouse up (it messes things up). The program should slowly learn the MOUSE movements, even if the mouse is upside down or sideways. Additional files submitted: guilearn.m kflearn.m
