Description

I need a VB/C++ script that will allow me to specify an input text file (*.txt), search for a specific string of characters ({1010}) and enter a CR prior to each search result. The resulting newly formatted text would then be output to a text file. This file needs to run under the Windows operating system (Windows XP). This project is basically taking an unformatted text file, performing a search for a specified string, inserting a CR prior to that search string, repeating through the entire file, and outputting the formatted text to a new file.

This can be done very easily for searching, we can use Regular Expressions which are a part of Windows XP. Note that 2 days are given just for communication, timeline difference, etc.
