Hi, I have just developed a program for personal use which does a very similar job to the program that you desire. As I have already written the script I am prepared to bid at the lowest price. I have put 4 days for the completion of the project to give me time to edit the script, test and debug the project. The program will be made in Visual Basic .NET 2005. The solution I propose will be a perl script. It will execute on your PC and be easily modified for future expansion. The script will take input from a file or a form and then do the search and replace based on your specifications. I have extensive experience in parsing HTML and would be happy to help with this project.
