Description

I need an executable that will import all the CSVs in a folder into a SQL table. The executable should be able to be passed the following parameters:

-The authentication details for the database/table
-The format of the CSV (Tab, Comma or other character for value separation in the file)
-The database name
-The table name
-The folder that contains the CSV files
-Option to ignore the first line of the CSV file(s)

The application needs to be able to do the following:
-Read all the CSV files froma single arbitrary folder (no subfolders)
-Write an additional column name that is the name of the file (so that the file import1.csv import all rows with a special column that gives the name of the import file)

Selected programmer will need to provide source files.
