Description:	I need a software similar to http://www.esmarttools.com/ezps/index.htm. The basic function is to store password securely, along with other customised info that I'll be giving you, such as url, username etc. Similar to the software, the data file should be encrypted and the there should be a search capability. What is different is the software should come with a rebrander. With the rebrander, the user can customize the software in terms of its title, filename and certain banners and text links within the software. Sample examples will be provided for this feature. The software is NOT web based. All data should be stored in user machine in a simple encrypted data file. The software should be written in either VB, Python, Delphi or C/C++. No .Net package should be needed.
