Description:	Advert for IVR Requirements for IVR all VOIP based using latest codecs. Operators and at home users are all pstn based. Recomendations would be required for a 500 DDI voip gateway. Needs to handle 250 Inbound and Outbound calls at same time with 500 DDI loaded. § 121 Tarot and Psychic Chat. At home operators. Intro, menu 1 connect by pin 2) browse carousel, 3) Connect to the next available op (search abs if none available dial out to overflows) § Credit Card Billing Booking service via phone Fulfilment service, pin access and linked to psychic 121 service main menu once pin validated and credit minutes read out to the client. § 121 Adult chat. At home operators Intro, menu 1 connect by pin 2) browse carousel, 3) Connect to the next available op (search abs if none available dial out to overflows). § Virtual Chat (ping pong style).
