Description: VC++ diff engine + .NET patch class library
Shared as opensource on CodeProject

1.
Make a VC++ library that can do diff operations on string buffer. Similar to standard diff engines that are part of all version control systems. (for the client)
2.
Make a VB.NET or C# class library which can patch a file give a patch from the above library. (for the server)
