Description

We need a highly skilled C++ programmer with good knowledge of C# who can port the speex library in C++ to C# . we have done maximum of the work, but we are facing some problem in playing the 16 bit pcm data.

The bidder should have good command over C++ and basic data type conversion in C++ to C#.

We have the following essential requirement.
We need that the data obtained from the libspeex decoder should be in wav format which should be playable in a wav player made in C#.

The bidder can also suggest which wav player we should use or any other format you know of.

We have a lot of code already written so it will be of help to you.
