Description
I need some fairly simple and straight forward software to be created. Functionality is essentially super minimal and needs the ability to customize data via boxes to input information.Software should be created with about 6 successive screens. After all data has been inputted their should be the option to email the data, print it, or save it via MS Word. Users should have the ability to go back and forth through the screens to make corrections via buttons at the bottom.
Graphics are at a minimum, but the software should be attractive in appearance. This is essentially 90% funcional, 10% attractive.
As part of the menu, people should be able to also click on a button for support which will essentially just be a hyperlink to a help desk/support site.
There are 8 font based templates that I want to have integrated into it so people have the option to use that instead of creating their own original. Using a template is as simple as clicking a button and having that type be entered into the fields.
Finsihed document should look something like this, but they should have the ability to insert their own logo into the upper left hand corner of the document:

I will be consulting with someone else about adding functionality, but this should pretty much be all of it here...
This software will need to be a .exe which will be auto-installed on someones computer. So, obviously it should be windows based.
The files that it creates should be in MS word or be able to be emailed out.
A calender should also be added so people can click on whatever date they want their release to be applicable for.

BOTTOM LINE: Super simple programming needed. Super easy for the right person which means probably anybody in this class! I just don't think it gets any easier than this.
TIMEFRAME: Full product completion within 10 days of the winning the bid.
