not sure if this project is properly labeled - but i need a simple software designed that works with skype.

it needs to dial a list of numbers (.csv) through skype - when someone answers the software should automatically send a pre recorded .wav message (i will record my own message - which message plays should be definable on my end).

the message will ask the customer to push the one key on their phone to leave a message if they are interested in my offer.

when they push one - i need the software to record their message on file.

if no one answers within 30 seconds i need it to skip to the next number.

i would also like it to be able to differentiate between a live person answering and voicemail/message machine. in the case of vm/machine - it should leave a different message (again definable by me) only after the tone.

it can be very simple - i only need it to work with one user on one skype line at a time. but it must work just like i outlined.

i will spend no more than $150 on this project.
