DOS Commandline program, or another type of program to recurse directory folders and unzip all .rar files found with winrar.exe and the same thing with another proprietary exe. What is the easiest way?

The easiest way would be to write a small windows application or console application to unzip the files. I can give you either one. Let me know the route you want to go and I will give you a delivery estimate.
