Description:	This is a simple program but needs to be done professionally. A windows application program that will work with a backend database, possibly MS SQL Server Express. Needs to be very user-friendly. Would like it to be done in .NET C#/VB so that others may take on the task later on. Very similar to the attached image. -File browser panel on the left side, which will refresh once pictures are taken from camera and loaded into desired dictory -Picture viewer in the middle with filestrip on the bottom -Comments and other fields on the right side. *important. User can input comments, date, price, order information etc FOR EACH INFORMATION AND DATA WILL BE SAVED ON LOCAL DATABASE (running on laptop) Other functions such as Tile view, Summaries and PDF generation will be needed as well.
