Description:	We need a simple application which installs a small button on the "New Email" window in Outlook and Outlook Express. The only function of this button is to append a suffix string to each recipient of the message and then send the email. The button should be titled "Send Reg" For example, if the recipients are: TO: someone CC: someoneelse When I click the "Send Reg" button the recipients list become: TO: someone.notificar.com.br CC: someoneelse.notificar.com.br and the email is sent. Therefore, what is expected as a deliverable is a small application, which I install on my computer, and it adds this button to my outlook or Outlook Express "New Email" Window. The installation process should display our logo and some legal terms. The logo and the legal text will be sent to you as soon as the winner is defined.
