Description

We would like a coding team with previous experiance and references to create a online email marketing system similar to icontact and constant contact.

Basically , this will be a commerical site for UK clients where (for a monthly fee) , they can create emailers , manage mailing lists and track performance.
Clients will have their own secure logins.

If you beleive you can produce this solution within budget please confirm references ,completion timeframe and relevent experiance.

You will need to provide a project spec showing functionality to be included and completion timescales per function. This will show us that you understand what is required . We have had previous issues with people bidding on projects having no real experiance to deliver it.
Final product/code will be owned by us so we will need the final source code and some supporting docs on structure etc.
